PATNA: At least five people were killed in yet another suspected hooch tragedy in three neighbouring hamlets under the jurisdiction of Bajpatti police station in the Sitamarhi district of dry Bihar in the last 24 hours. While three people died on Friday night, the two others passed away on Saturday morning, villagers told reporters.
Another man, who had consumed spurious liquor on Thursday night along with the five who have died, is undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Sitamarhi town, the villagers said.
